9 LCA (3) 2004

Prague revisited – Prague can be regarded as the cradle of the UNEP/SETAC Life Cycle Initiative being launched there on 28–30 April 2002 [see Int J LCA 7 (4) 2002]. Two years later, on 19–22 April 2004, Prague hosted the 14th SETAC Europe Annual Meeting with 6 LCA sessions and one poster session (see the report on pp. 143–151). The Initiative held several meetings on this occasion, among others one of the International Life Cycle Panel (see p. 152). The survey on pp. 153–160 reports in detail on the progress of the Initiative's work and vision. [Cover design: Mano Elzer (m.elzer@ecomed.de)]
