On the occasion of the SETAC-Europe 11th Annual Meeting,
Madrid, 6-10 May 2001, the SETAC-Europe LCA Working
Group on 'Data Availability and Data Quality' has presented
reports on the activities of the five subgroups from 1998 through
today. This issue contains three of these reports (p 127-139).
The Annual Meeting in Madrid has given the Working Group the
opportunity to meet for its last session to conclude its work. Thus,
Madrid has become an important step for the future advancement
of LCI data availability and data quality.
