Curriculum vitae:Sarah Sim works in the Life Cycle Management group at Unilever.

Previously she completed a four year Engineering Doctorate Programme (EngD) in Environmental Technology, at the University of Surrey.

Her project was sponsored by the EPSRC and Marks and Spencer Plc. Her research interests are concerned with the environmental, social and economic impacts of food supply chains. She has developing a framework for incorporation of these issues into M&S buying decisions.

Previously she studied Geography at the University of Durham where she graduated with a BSc.
