(Environmental Chemistry). Ph.D. student at the Technical University of Denmark, at the Innovation and sustainability group of the Department of Manufacturing Engineering and Management.
Ph.D. subject: emission, fate and exposure modelling in Life Cycle Impact Assessment (LCIA).
Besides his interest in life cycle impact assessment, he has developed emission models for pesticides, fate and exposure models for risk and hazard assessment of chemicals used off-shore, mapped xenobiotic compounds in the marine sediment and performed various evaluations of alternatives to chemicals having known problematic human and ecological effects mainly during his employment at COWI A/S (Lyngby, Denmark) from 1998 to 2001.
Main focus of research: Life cycle impact assessment; emission, fate and exposure modelling and environmental chemistry. | | Areas of interest: | | LCIA, emission, fate and exposure modelling | | |
