She was formerly Senior Lecturer at the Centre for Environmental Strategy, University of Surrey, UK, and Director of the Environmental Life Cycle Management Programme. Her research interests concern development and application of Environmental Life Cycle Assessment and related approaches, particularly with respect to food systems.
